Meebo's Technical Account Manager works with Meebo partners—the leading entertainment, community media and services brands—to facilitate the integration of Meebo products and assists our partners on exciting social media campaigns involving our services. You will drive widespread adoption of Meebo’s Community IM product and represent the needs of our partners for our strategic, revenue, and product development.
There is no "typical day" but you will:
- Help partners succeed by creatively adopting and integrating Meebo’s Community IM product
- Understand and communicate technical requirements and processes
- Brainstorm creative programming with partners
- Identify and plan upcoming launches
- Share ideas with Meebo’s team for feature improvements and new development
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent (graduate degree a plus)
- Knowledge of PHP / JavaScript / CSS / MySQL / AJAX
- Object-oriented design skills and be product oriented
- Experience developing Facebook applications is a HUGE plus
- Combination of analytical and people skills
- Documentation and project management experience
